Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility varies by post, but generally requires officers from Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Courts, Tribunals, or statutory organizations with specified regular service in analogous or lower levels in the 7th CPC pay matrix, along with relevant experience or skills (e.g., law degree for some posts, typing/steno skills for others). Departmental officers in the feeder grade are not eligible for deputation. Detailed eligibility for each post is available in Annexure-I of the notification.
For example:
- Deputy Registrar: Degree in law; analogous post or Level-11 with 5 years’ service; experience in administrative/establishment/court matters.
- Staff Car Driver: 10th pass, valid driving license, knowledge of motor mechanism, 3 years’ driving experience (desirable: 3 years as Home Guard/Civil Volunteer).
