With **no financial burden on the government**, TALIM is providing *training for 5000 candidates* to become *licensed surveyors*. In order to meet this demand, candidates must pay a one-time, nominal training fee that is based on their category (OC: ₹10,000; BC: ₹5,000; SC/ST: ₹2,500). After receiving training, surveyors will be licensed to perform

*Who Is Eligible to Apply?*

*Required Age:*
* Minimum: *18 years* as of May 17, 2025
*m: *35 years* for candidates from OC and BC and
*40 years* for those from SC and ST
People who are retired are not eligible.
*Educational Background (any of the following):
- 1. Intermediate (60%) in mathematics from the State Board or a comparable programme.
- 2. SSC’s *NCVT Certificate in Draughtsman (Civil)*.
- 3. Civil Engineering Diploma or Degree*.
- 4. Surveyor and Estimator* Intermediate Vocational Course.
- 5. The Institution of Surveyors, India’s Intermediate/Final *Land Surveying* exam.
- 6. The T.G. State Board of Technical Education offers a four-month Land Surveying Certificate.
- 7. A vocational programme in *Water Supply & Sanitary Engineering Technician* or Construction Technology*.
- 8. The National Academy of Construction* offers a *three-month certified course* in land surveying.
